Thank you for choosing our marketing services to elevate your influencer brand. This Fulfilment Policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and terminations to ensure transparency and a smooth experience.
1. Service Delivery We provide marketing services, including but not limited to campaign strategy, content creation support, brand partnerships, and audience growth consultation, as outlined in your service agreement. Services are delivered according to the agreed-upon timeline and scope, subject to client cooperation (e.g., providing necessary materials or approvals). Delays caused by clients may adjust delivery timelines, and we will communicate any changes promptly.
2. Refund Policy Our goal is to deliver exceptional value and satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise. Below is our refund policy:
Non-Refundable Services: Due to the customised nature of our marketing services (e.g., strategy development, campaign execution, or content planning), services are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes initial consultations, research, or any delivered deliverables.
Partial Refunds: If a project is canceled before work begins (see Cancellation Policy below), a partial refund may be issued, less any administrative or setup fees (typically 20% of the service cost). Eligibility is assessed case-by-case.
Unsatisfactory Service: If you believe the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon scope or quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at voluxmanagement@gmail.com. We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, offer revisions, additional support, or, in rare cases, a partial refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the nature of the issue.
3. Cancellation Policy We strive to be flexible while maintaining fairness for both parties. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Client-Initiated Cancellation:
Before work begins: You may cancel services by notifying us in writing at voluxmanagement@gmail.com at least 3 business days before the scheduled start date. A partial refund may be issued, less any administrative or setup fees (typically 20% of the service cost).
After work begins: Cancellations after work has started (e.g., strategy development, campaign execution) are not eligible for refunds due to the resources and time invested.
Provider-Initiated Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel services if the client fails to provide necessary materials, payments, or cooperation required to deliver the service. In such cases, no refund will be issued for work already completed or resources allocated.
Mutual Cancellation: If both parties agree to cancel a project before completion, we will negotiate a fair resolution, which may include partial refunds or credits for future services, based on work completed.
4. Termination of Services For ongoing or retainer-based services (e.g., monthly campaign management), the following applies:
Client-Initiated Termination: You may terminate ongoing services by providing 30 days written notice to voluxmanagement@gmail.com. Any prepaid fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, and services will continue until the end of the notice period.
Provider-Initiated Termination: We may terminate services if the client violates the service agreement (e.g., non-payment, abusive behavior, or failure to provide required materials). In such cases, written notice will be provided, and no refunds will be issued for work completed or prepaid fees.
Early Termination Fees: If a fixed-term contract (e.g., 6-month campaign) is terminated early by the client, an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining contract value may apply to cover lost resources and opportunities.
5. Modifications to Services We aim to accommodate reasonable changes to the scope of services (e.g., adjusting campaign goals). Requests for modifications must be submitted in writing to voluxmanagement@gmail.com. Additional costs or timeline adjustments may apply, and we will provide a revised quote or agreement for approval before proceeding.
